With operations across 32 countries and a network of distribution centers worldwide, it offers more than 500,000 products through the internet, catalogues and at trade counters, shipping more than 44,000 parcels a day.

At the company’s 600,000 sq ft distribution center (DC) in Nuneaton, RS Components introduced a new voice solution to work seamlessly with existing fulfillment schedules and an existing conveyor, SAP ERP, and DAI WCS systems. With the help of Infios, two new voice solutions were implemented, enabling greater fulfillment speed and accuracy.
