- Disconnected logistics slowed a global network: As a global distributor of electrical products, Sonepar needed to streamline logistics from inbound receiving through last-mile delivery across its vast supply chain network.
- High-volume SKU management strained efficiency: Managing more than one million active SKUs demanded greater efficiency in storage, picking, and shipment to maintain accuracy and speed at scale.
Solution
- Unified control across warehouse and transportation: Sonepar implemented Infios Warehouse Management across seven distribution centers and integrated Infios Transport Motion to unify management of both its private fleet and external carriers
