Designed to respond to evolving challenges in eCommerce, C-Log and Infios joined forces to introduce a centralized supply chain platform standardizing all the processes across C-Log’s multiple sites. The adoption of Infios’s WMS, in particular, resulted in significant improvements in operational visibility, optimized usage space and rigorous goods traceability.

C-Log has mastered the holistic transformation of its supply chain. The successive modernization of various warehouses introduced standardized warehouse management and control functions, improved operational visibility and rigorous product traceability. At the same time, C-Log has driven the integration of additional locations to its broader supply chain network as well as the introduction of automated technologies at dedicated sites. Eight warehouse locations have successfully gone live between 2018 and 2024, with more yet to come.
