Challenge

  • Lacked unified visibility: across all transportation modes, with data scattered in multiple sources and no single source of truth for business intelligence or KPI tracking.
  • Manage rapid growth: Peet's Coffee needed to scale and future-proof its distribution network, moving away from manual, error-prone processes for direct store delivery (DSD) and route management.

Solution

  • Implemented Infios FAP Portal: to consolidate transportation data, enable KPI monitoring, and provide robust dashboards for financial and operational insights. 
  • Upgraded to Infios DSD (Direct Store Delivery): leveraging mobile and cloud technology for real-time route management, order processing, and seamless integration with warehouse systems. Developed custom training to onboard 800 users and ensure smooth adoption.
