With over 20 years of experience, he has a proven track record of driving efficiency, notably achieving a $25M cost reduction on a $500M transportation spend through innovative productivity solutions and the implementation of a control tower. At Grupo Bimbo, he led digital transformations, designing advanced warehouse management and planning systems that streamlined North American logistics. Known for his cross-functional leadership, Andres has managed complex distribution operations with budgets exceeding $150M and strategically designed supply chain networks across North America, LATAM and Europe. As a bilingual, bi-cultural leader, he brings a valuable perspective to executive teams, fostering strong and collaborative partnerships. Andres holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University (SMU) and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
