Solution
- Partnered with Infios: to deploy an Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) solution, integrating 28 AMRs for automated picking in the Sydney warehouse.
- The AMR system increased: storage density, enabled efficient picking, and provided end-to-end data integration for faster, more accurate order fulfillment.
- Operational improvements: reduced space usage and operational costs while delivering high throughput and near error-free picking. Enabled warehouse staff to access all pick faces at ground level, improving safety and efficiency.
