About Scott
Scott Rockower is Vice President, Product Management for Global Trade solutions at Infios. In this role, he helps shape product strategy and roadmap priorities for the company’s Global Trade solutions, which consist of Customs & Trade Compliance, Shipment Order Visibility and Product Integrity & Order Compliance. His focus is helping customers improve execution, adapt to changing business demands, and get more value from their transportation operations.
Scott brings more than 35 years of experience in software, product, and trade technology leadership. He has deep expertise in customs and international trade processes, with longstanding experience supporting software built around U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) platform. Prior to Infios, he served as Chief Product Officer at International Trade Systems following its merger with GMS International, where he helped guide customers through the transition to ACE and supported solutions for import, export, and related compliance workflows.
He is also an active contributor to the broader trade technology community. Scott has worked closely with U.S. Customs and Border Protection and Partner Government Agencies, participated in strategic meetings for ACE developers, and currently serves on the Trade Support Network’s Technical Advisory Group and Trade Leadership Council. In these roles, he has helped review ACE specifications, support production pilot testing for agency programs, and contribute practical industry expertise to the ongoing evolution of trade systems.
Scott lives in New Jersey with his wife, Amy, and their two children. He has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stony Brook University in New York. Outside of work, he serves on the board of his Homeowners Association (HOA), and in his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, baseball, and anything with a ball.
