Supply chain execution is evolving fast, and Chad Andrews brings a clear perspective on where it's headed. He believes the future belongs to adaptive, purpose-built solutions that help organizations respond to changing market conditions and customer expectations without the burden of over-customized systems. At the same time, he recognizes that the best operations often preserve the proprietary logic that sets them apart. He also sees AI expanding what supply chain software can do by speeding implementation, improving user experience, and making strong solutions even more effective.

As Director, Solution Consulting at Infios, Chad works with organizations across the supply chain execution landscape — from order management and inventory visibility to warehouse operations, omnichannel fulfillment, ecommerce, and integration. His focus is on finding the right fit for each customer by connecting their specific challenges to solutions that will perform in their environment.

Chad brings nearly two decades of experience in supply chain and commerce, working with retailers, distributors, and 3PLs — from regional players to Fortune 500 companies. He's been on both sides of the table: designing and delivering implementations as a solution architect and project manager and helping organizations navigate the presales process to make confident, well-grounded technology decisions. He's especially energized by time spent on-site with clients, learning how their operations work and translating that into solutions that make a real difference.

Chad lives in Indiana with his wife, two daughters, dog, and cat. He holds a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management from Indiana University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on the Indiana Pacers (basketball team), heading to the beach whenever he can, squeezing in a round of golf, and gaming. He is a self-described nerd, with no apologies.
