Scott Kramer is the Vice President, Product Management for Infios’ Warehouse Management solutions. In this role, he leads product strategy and roadmap development for Infios’ warehouse solutions, including warehouse functionality, labor, appointment/yard, slotting, voice, and robotics solutions. He focuses on purposeful innovation, shaping products that meet evolving customer needs, improve warehouse operations, while maintaining high service level thought both classical and agentic AI innovations. He collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure these solutions are practical, reliable, built for real-world execution, and prepared to technology shift to AI.

Scott has over 35 years of experience in supply chain management, including more than 20 years in product leadership. His background spans supply chain planning across retail, manufacturing and wholesale/distribution, as well as analytics, platform technologies, machine learning, and large-scale computing. He is passionate about delivering long-term value and helping customers achieve stronger business outcomes.
