About Plamena
Plamena Bryant is the Country Manager DACH at Libiao Robotics, responsible for driving growth and strategic partnerships across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Since joining Libiao in January 2025, she has been helping customers implement flexible robotic automation solutions to improve warehouse efficiency and scalability.
With over 10 years of experience in warehouse automation and the 3PL industry, Plamena previously spent six years at GreyOrange, managing new and existing customer relationships across Europe and the UK. Throughout her career, she has worked with leading logistics providers, retailers, and system integrators to deliver innovative automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and scalability. Having worked across international markets, she is passionate about building strong partnerships, understanding customer challenges, and driving innovation in intralogistics.
