Körber secures additional validation from Zebra Technologies

Körber One Voice received verification from Zebra’s Global Enablement Center, enhancing warehouse labor engagement.

Körber announced today the successful completion of Zebra Technologies’ Solution Validation Program for its Körber One Voice platform. This platform optimizes voice-directed workflows across warehouse operations using Zebra’s Android devices, thereby boosting productivity. The validation marks Körber’s second recognition for their adherence to Zebra’s strict standards for performance and functionality, assuring customers and partners of its reliability.

“We have worked closely with the Zebra engineering teams to test the interoperability of Körber’s voice solution with select products, including Zebra’s recent TC26, TC53, TC57x, TC78 and several MCxx series devices including the wearable WS50 and WT6300,” said Dan LeBlanc, Director Product Partnerships at Körber Business Area Supply Chain. "This verifies for our customers that our application meets their needs. We tested them and saw success.” 

The current supply chain landscape grapples with significant challenges in labor recruitment and retention, with billions lost annually due to disengaged personnel in manual warehouse settings. This necessitates a continuous evaluation of workflows and warehouse technologies. 

Technologies such as voice play a pivotal role in enhancing safety and productivity within warehouse environments. Körber’s voice technology, renowned for its intuitive nature, can adapt to individual user language nuances, yielding productivity gains of up to 35 percent, accuracy improvements of up to 85 percent and training time reductions of up to 50 percent.

Zebra’s Enterprise Testing Program offers eligible channel partners the ability to assess the interoperability of their software and hardware solutions with select Zebra products, including mobile computers, scanners, printers, RFID solutions and software, catering to specific user application requirements.
