Körber appoints Jason Russell, a seasoned technology M&A banker, as Executive Vice President Strategy & Corporate Development for supply chain software business

Jason Russell will join Körber’s executive leadership team to lead mergers and acquisitions (M&A), global business development and implementation of corporate growth strategy across geographies for the supply chain software business.

Jason Russell has extensive experience in enterprise software and tech-enabled services mergers & acquisitions (M&A) with a focus on supply chain & logistics technology and eCommerce enablement. Most recently, he was a Managing Director at Solomon Partners specializing in software & disruptive technologies. In addition, he’s held leadership and operational roles in the global banking, automotive and supply chain sectors at Citi, Lear and Caliber Logistics (acquired by FedEx). He has a proven track record of sell-side and buy-side M&A, along with growth equity and debt financing.
