Intelligent Supply Chain Execution: the path to foresight and resilience
Discover how Infios is redefining supply chain execution...
Infios and AWS are redefining supply chain execution with agentic AI - turning automation into intelligence and disruption into advantage.
Summary: supply chain success now depends on resilience. Infios and AWS are joining forces to create adaptive, agentic systems that transform execution from a function into a competitive advantage.
Supply chains are in constant motion, shifting, rerouting, and evolving in milliseconds. And yet, most execution systems still operate in hours, days or worse, reacting to change long after the moment has passed.
At Infios, we believe execution should be intelligent. Not just automated, but adaptive. Not just fast, but predictive. The future belongs to supply chains that can think, decide and adapt in real time.
Accelerating the future of Intelligent Supply Chain Execution with AWS
Our vision of Intelligent Supply Chain Execution (ISCE) is accelerating with our collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS), announced today.
This marks a strategic milestone for Infios and our customers: embedding agentic AI into Infios Order Management (OM) to create workflows that not only automate but also understand, predict and optimize.
Working closely with the AWS Generative AI Innovation Center (GenAIIC), we are designing AI-driven workflows that transform supply chain execution from a series of system tasks into a unified, intelligent process.
These new capabilities are being built on Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Strands, leveraging AWS’s leading cloud and AI infrastructure to bring speed, scalability and enterprise-grade security to every decision.
This collaboration embeds agentic AI at the heart of order execution, turning automation into orchestration and speed into foresight.
Why this matters
Together, we’re building agentic intelligence into the flow of supply chain execution itself. These embedded agents don’t just respond to change but anticipate it. They scan for SLA risks, detect anomalies, optimize fulfillment paths and automate workflows that today require manual processes.
This is purposeful innovation in action. And it’s the first step in a broader journey.
By embedding intelligence directly into supply chain execution, Infios and AWS are setting a new standard for speed, adaptability and precision in supply chain performance.
“Together with AWS, we’re redefining what order management can do for customers. We’re building intelligent agents that now proactively detect and resolve anomalies during fulfillment, rebalance orders across networks, and predict delivery times before issues arise. As a result, our customers will benefit from simplified workflow orchestration, making each order more predictable, every decision more intelligent and each fulfillment flow more connected. This means faster onboarding for 3PLs, dynamic channel expansion for retailers and distributors stay ahead of supply and demand disruptions.”
AWS and Infios are laying a foundation for what’s next
Launching in early 2026, the initial workflow solution
These capabilities are not endpoints, they’re building blocks. They lay the foundation for a unified execution layer that connects Order, Transportation and Warehouse systems into one adaptive system. A system that doesn’t just move goods - it thinks ahead.
This first wave of innovation creates the foundation for connected intelligence across Order, Warehouse and Transportation systems.
Intelligent Supply Chain Execution: the vision behind the innovation
This collaboration is part of our broader vision for Intelligent Supply Chain Execution (ISCE). It is our category-defining approach to execution: connecting order, warehouse and transportation management into one intelligent flow, powered by AI and designed for adaptability.
For our customers, that means the ability to adapt instantly, operate with precision and deliver on every promise even as conditions change.
Intelligent Supply Chain Execution (ISCE) is not a product. It’s a philosophy. It’s how we help our customers turn disruption into advantage. And it’s the lens through which we’ll continue to innovate.
Intelligent Supply Chain Execution (ISCE) is the vision for resilient, connected execution that transforms disruption into an opportunity for advantage.
What’s coming next
Together with AWS, we are building the infrastructure for intelligent orchestration across the supply chain, where execution becomes foresight, resilience becomes measurable and disruption becomes opportunity.
I can also share that this is only the beginning. We’re building toward a future where execution is not just intelligent; it’s agentic and supports multiple platforms. Where AI agents operate across the entire lifecycle, from order planning to delivery. Where orchestration becomes intelligence.
This is the next chapter. And we’re writing it with our customers, our partners and our teams, together.
