MercuryGate Ranks in Top Three in the 2018 Gartner Critical Capabilities Report

MercuryGate® International, Inc., a leading provider of transportation management solutions (TMSs), today announced that MercuryGate scored in the three highest for all five use cases among 13 total solutions of the recently published 2018 Gartner Critical Capabilities for Transportation Management Systems. MercuryGate received the highest score for Level 2 Complexity use case.

The Gartner report evaluates the capabilities of 13 vendors and their ability to meet the needs of five distinct use cases. Each of the 13 solutions was analyzed for 10 critical capabilities and assigned a product score for each of the five use cases. The 10 capabilities are core domestic capability, extended domestic capability, core International capability, extended International capability, usability and user experience, analytics/visibility, implementation/integration tools, adaptability/agility, carrier networks, and simplicity.

- Level 1 Complexity: 4.38 out of 5 (ranked 3rd)
- Level 2 Complexity: 4.3 out of 5 (ranked 1st)
- Level 3 Complexity: 4.15 out of 5 (ranked 3rd)
- Level 4 Complexity: 4.13 out of 5 (ranked 3rd)
- Level 5 Complexity: 3.85 out of 5 (ranked 3rd)
