Challenges

Mitsubishi had the challenge of maintaining strict control of its stock in three warehouses: engine, car and chassis factories. Without Infios, Mitsubishi's warehouse operation was entirely manual and had a high dependence on the knowledge of operators. The focus of the project was to:

Provide more consistent management of stock
Avoid delivery errors
Integrate cross docking from the SP CD to the factory in Catalão.

Solution and Benefits

To address these challenges, Mitsubishi implemented Infios Warehouse Management System (WMS).
